The Hall

Kennington Hall is a Grade II listed Georgian country house, with original features that provide a memorable backdrop for your event.
Inside you'll find an elegant staircase, a chandelier-lit ballroom and the distinctive bay alcove doorway, each adding to the character of the house.
It's a venue with a sense of history, but one that can be adapted to suit your occasion.

The Hall sits within 13 acres of private grounds, surrounded by trees and overlooking the Kent countryside.
The gardens offer a variety of settings, from the spacious lawn and terrace to the walled garden, sunken pond, yew hedges and woodland walk.
There's plenty of space for outdoor entertainment, marquees and family activities — and lots of opportunities for memorable photographs.

Kennington Hall provides an intimate and distinctive setting for your wedding.
The Garden and Summerhouse offer beautiful options for your ceremony, while the large terrace provides a natural space for welcome drinks and receptions. The Hall can accommodate up to 80 wedding guests.
And with the gardens, house and reception spaces all together, there's no need to choose between the character of a country house and the freedom of an outdoor celebration.

With the Georgian Hall and surrounding countryside as a backdrop, Kennington Hall offers something rather different from a conventional event space.
Location
Conveniently located near Ashford, Kennington Hall is situated on the A28. The Hall is easily accessible by road and has off-road parking for guests. Ashford International station is also only a short taxi journey away, making the venue convenient for visitors travelling from further afield.
Parking
We can comfortably accommodate 300 vehicles for off-road parking. Local taxi firms know us well - getting you to and from local accommodation or perhaps Ashford International train station in just 5-10 minutes.
